Pig Terms of Agreement

All pigs require a $100 nonrefundable deposit. Pigs are not held without a deposit.
Piglets are to be picked up between 6 and 8 weeks of age or deposits are kept and we have the right to re-list for sale.
If you are more then 45 minutes late, we have to right to reschedule your visit or pig pick-up.
Transport is not provided and is the buyer's responsibility.
We do not provide or cover the cost of health papers, or tests. This is the buyer's responsibility and if needed we will be happy to arrange and assist the veterinarian. Please anticipate a cost of at least $50 for this expense.
Animals are not sold with any guarantees.
We cannot guarantee availability.
Farm visits are by appointment only.
Visitors must follow bio security measures to keep our animals safe and healthy. We are now having visitors not wear any clothes or shoes you may have worn around your livestock. Thank you for understanding.
